Added Printable PDF's for A5 and Half Letter

Hi folks, 

I've added some alternate PDF's here in the hope of making the adventure easier to use. 

The main additions are:

- An A5 PDF in a portrait ratio (so you could print it as an A4 and stick it in a binder pretty easily, if that's what you wanted to do) 

- A Half Letter PDF (so folks in the US have a relatively easy to print version too).

A note with both of these:

I've laid out the pages the same way the Lulu, print on demand, PDF is laid out -  in multiples of four with a blank page inside the front and back cover. That means everything should line up and you can get a saddle stitch binding if you have a more affordable option for that.  

Minor additions: 

About a week ago I also dropped the isometric map of the Grotto in here as a separate file as well as some art from the book so people can use them as visual references for players. 

If something's amiss (typos etc) feel free to let me know and I'll fix it when I can - they're like mushrooms, they keep popping up!
